Privacy Policy

This summary explains what Business OS stores, why it is stored, and how account data is handled across sign-in, workflow execution, CRM state, and storefront capture.

What we store

Your account email, authentication state, workspace data, credit balance, and product activity are stored so the same account follows you across devices. Workspace data can include CRM contacts, tasks, campaigns, profile details, storefront drafts, projects, runs, and related operating records.

Sign-in data

If you use Google Sign-In, we receive the basic profile data needed to identify your account, such as your email address, name, and profile image URL. We do not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other unrelated Google account scopes.

Workflow processing

Prompts and workflow context are sent to our orchestration layer and the model providers required to generate workflow outputs. We use that data to run the requested product features. We do not sell user data to advertisers.

Deletion and support

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email info@clickdz.ai. We confirm deletion requests directly and handle them as quickly as reasonably possible.
